Enjoy a 3-Course Lunch with Chef/Activist & Farmer Tu Le of 328North Farms.

Learn about new techniques of preparing vegetables local to this region as well as exploring traditional Vietnamese methods while we discuss and share the importance of embracing community through food experiences and the power of agency within a meal.

To have agency in the way we consume and experience food impacts our environment socially, economically & culturally.  We hope to bring light to the different ways in which artisans can express the agency they have over their unique crafts.
