Training program format:
· Weekly group training runs hosted by Shiobbean Lemme at the Berkshire Running Center in Pittsfield. Our group training has been helping runners achieve their goals since 2011. No matter where you are on your running journey, your training will be supported in a welcoming atmosphere with a coach who encourages you to pursue your goals and have fun.
· If you are new to running or returning after a long break, we will cover the Principles of Training in the first sessions, which is perfect for just getting started or easing back into it.
· Incentives to earn along the way!
· Attend 3 sessions and earn a $20 gift card to Berkshire Running Center
· Attend 4 sessions and earn a $30 gift card to Berkshire Running Center
· Attend 6 sessions and earn a $50 gift card to Berkshire Running Center
Your training program will include weekly newsletters with pertinent information regarding where and what your training should look like for you and your individual level of fitness.
Training sessions will address the fundamentals of run training so you progress safely and remain uninjured and motivated. We will help you structure a program that is appropriate for you and where you currently are in your fitness journey.
