The Fundamentals of Coffee
Presented in Collaboration with Berkshire Community College & Barrington Coffee Roasters
Barrington Coffee roasters will be partnering with Berkshire Community Colleges brand new Culinary Lab to provide a
three-part training program that will cover each step in the process of the production and serving of coffee professionally.
This course will cover the history of coffee making, farming and production as well as the journey the beans take from their origins in tropical climates to the diverse methods of brewing and tasting a cup.
These sessions will take place, the first 3 Tuesdays of February 2023. Classes are open to amateur coffee lovers and professionals looking to gain greater experience and knowledge.
****The first two classes can be purchased individually, however students may not enroll in the 3rd part of the class without taking classes 1 & 2 first.
