Tai Chi & Qigong combine slow, deliberate movements, meditation and breathing that help stimulate organs, circulation, balance and alignment, and restore your energy. This is low impact for everybody no matter your fitness level. You will work your whole body, increasing flexibility, strength, mobility and stability. Bring a water bottle and wear soft soled shoes and comfortable clothing.
