Regular practice eases aches and pains, regulates blood pressure and blood sugar, improves mood, memory, balance, strength and sleep quality. You'll easily learn meditative, no sweat exercises, postural alignment, positive breathing patterns, self-massage, relaxation techniques to minimize stress. Tai Chi is adaptable to all ages and health conditions. Can be done standing or sitting. Beginners are most welcome. Students will be asked to sign a physical activity form.
