More and more, we are hearing about the benefits of eating a more plant-based diet. This 2-part course is designed to help people who have decided to make this change. Foods covered in this course will broaden the students' understanding of plant-based living, which will make it an easier and more accessible transition. The instructor is very excited to teach this course as she has been living a plant-based lifestyle for nearly eight years.
