More and more we are hearing about the benefits of eating a more plant based diet, this 2-part course is designed to help people who have decided to make this change. Foods covered in this course will broaden the students' understanding of plant based living and make it an easier and more accessible transition. In this edition of the workshop, we will focus on heartier foods and make some filling and satisfying food that can be served for the holidays!! Being plant based herself for nearly 8 years and a chef for a decade, this is very exciting course for the instructor to teach.
