Kundalini Yoga is the Yoga of Awareness, and Krias - a set of postures done in a specific sequence, produce specific effects for body and mind wellness (spiritual elevation, naval adjustment, better sleep). Decrease stress, increase relaxation with vigorous movements rather than traditional postures. Doreen presents this class in a way that allows anyone to discover their capabilities and capacity to expand on success. Each class will have a "theme" addressing different areas of mind and
body - examples: brain function, glandular secretions, lymphatic system, short-simple
meditation - making it easy for students to attend just one, or all classes. Everyone is
welcome to participate.
