This 6 week yoga workshop is designed to improve strength, flexibility, and balance while incorporating proper breathing techniques and targeting all major muscle groups. Each class is designed to calm your mind and bring awareness to your breath through Vinyasa Flow Yoga. Increase your daily energy levels and improve your activities of daily living. Explore your potential in improving your personal fitness through yoga. 

All levels welcome. 

Please bring your own yoga mat and block.
