Combining yoga postures and breath, we will increase flexibility and awareness, decrease stress, and move toward the union of body, mind and spirit. Each class will feature a Kria (a sequence of yoga postures) designed to have a particular effect such as the Basic Spinal Series, Elevation, Navel Adjustment, or Kria for conquering Sleeplessness. We will end the class with a simple meditation to increase intuition and prosperity. Kundalini Yoga focuses less on alignment, and more on the internal energy which creates resiliency and sense of wellbeing. For all ages and abilities.
