BCC’s Culinary Arts and Hospitality Administration programs extend an invitation to the community to join us at Berkshire Community College for our spring dinner selections.
The March 8 dinner will feature an Authentic Irish meal including:
Appetizer: Blue Cheese & Walnut Tartlettes
Bread: Irish Soda Bread
Soup: Cheddar Ale
Entree: Choice of Shepard's Pie or Irish Salmon with Colcannon (potatoes and cabbage)
Dessert: Bread Pudding with Caramel Whiskey Sauce
